The name is pronounced "Pee-new-chee", "pee-neuch" or "Pah-new-chee". Your choice! It's a very traditional flavor in the fudge world that uses brown sugar instead of white. When someone remembers Grandma making fudge it was probably this flavor, sure to bring back memories.

Our classic maple fudge is mixed with California walnuts so you can crunch your way to maple heaven. Real Vermont maple syrup, along with maple extract, is used for this very maple-y tasting fudge. It’s perfect for an evening dessert with friends.

Amaretto is an Italian almond flavored liqueur that is made from apricot pits and then flavored with aromatic extracts. We use real amaretto in this recipe. Eating too much of this will not get you tipsy; just happy and eager for more.

Instead of using butter we use cream cheese and lots of it. After mixing, we add chocolate fudge. The cream cheese gives the fudge a cheesy taste and smoother texture. It’s a taste that is unforgettably great.

This is a standard flavor combination in our fudge line-up with chocolate mixed with sweet shredded coconut. You won’t have to hunt for the coconut. It’s everywhere! And there aren’t any nuts in this flavor because sometimes you don’t feel like one!

Chocolate originates from the fruit of the cacao tree. The seeds in the fruit are called cocoa beans and are shipped around the world where they get dried, ground and made to form chocolate liqueur which we use to make chocolate fudge.

Most of the fudge is mint flavored with semi-sweet chocolate chips mixed in and sprinkled on top. The chips are added after the mint cools down, so they don’t entirely melt. It makes for a pretty pattern and tastes pretty good too.

This flavor is an oldie but goodie. We add real rum along with California raisins to produce a flavor that “will knock your socks off” (a quote from Robin’s sister, Janet). The rum flavor is reasonably strong, blending well with the chocolate.

California is the only producer of commercially grown walnuts in the United States, so that’s where we get them from for our Vermont made fudge. We mix lots into the smooth chocolate, so there is no lack of that great crunchy texture.

This recipe is very simple. We take crunched Oreo cookies and toss them into hot vanilla fudge. After it cools, the cookies are trapped and waiting for you. Great combination: the world’s most popular cookie mixed with the world’s best fudge.

Heath Bar (English toffee) has an enormous following in the world. We just took it to new heights by crunching it up and immersing it in hot vanilla fudge. Most of the toffee melts, but some linger for a slightly crunchy texture.

Yes, we use real Irish Cream; Bailey’s brand. Bailey’s is a combination of Irish whiskey and dairy cream, so it makes sense that when combined with our rich and creamy vanilla fudge it is “udderly” smooth tasting and absolutely delicious.

We use the authentic key lime juice from the Florida Keys. Key limes are smaller and whiter than Persian green limes. They have a distinctive flavor known to make not only great pies but now great fudge too! It’s our lemonade fudge!

Real Vermont maple syrup and maple extract are added to our vanilla fudge for an extraordinary combination. You can smell the strong maple flavor as soon as you open the container. All you need is a spoon or a knife. Seconds anyone?

To make this fudge we mix a strong orange flavor into our vanilla fudge and if it was cold you’d think it was a frozen dessert. The combination of orange and vanilla is a time-honored flavor, in or out of the freezer.

When we mix our Jif brand peanut butter fudge into our very best chocolate fudge, we have a mixture that is a sure winner. We do not layer the two flavors but mix them completely together so you’ll enjoy every bite equally.

Smooth Jif peanut butter is mixed into our vanilla fudge that we think is the best place for it. The peanut butter is not swirled or layered but entirely mixed into vanilla to give you a bit of both with each spoonful.
