Our Chocolate Rum Raisin Fudge is a classic flavor using brand name ingredients. We add Bacardi rum along with Sun-Maid California raisins to produce a wonderful fragrance right when you lift the lid. The rum flavor is reasonably strong and blends perfectly well with the chocolate. The raisins make for a chewy texture and, of course, add to the taste as well.
