We make our English Toffee Fudge with toffee chips mixed inside and sprinkled on top. While English toffee is wonderful all by itself it is simply amazing when mixed into our vanilla fudge. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $55. 

Most of the toffee pieces melt, but some linger for a slightly crunchy texture. As the name suggests English Toffee was invented in the mid-1800s in England. It is a mixture of butter and sugar heated together into a hard candy. 

English toffee uses brown sugar but in America it often uses white sugar, mixed with nuts covered with chocolate (of course) and is called buttercrunch. National English Toffee Day is on January 8 but we practically make it every week of the year.
