It has a shelf life of six months but we recommend refrigeration after opening. Use Phenomenal Fudge Chocolate Fudge Sauce on ice cream, in coffee, milk, on cakes or many desserts. The sauce is 8 FL OZ but weighs 10.5 ounces. Squeeze a little - Taste a lot. 

The cap has a spout that can dispense the chocolate sauce as you need it. The cap can be removed for cleaning to make sure the sauce comes out in a full stream. When empty you can re-purpose the bottle for easily dispensing maple syrup, ketchup, cooking oil, etc.
