Chocolate Amaretto Fudge uses real amaretto and amaretto extract swirled with chocolate and vanilla. Amaretto is a sweet almond flavor with a very slight "bitter" apricot accent. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $55. 

The flavor of amaretto originated in Italy and is derived from apricot nuts. But it is not actually the fruit or the nut that imparts the flavor. Rather, the flavor comes from the seeds inside the nut. There are two varieties of amaretto; One sweet and one bitter. We use a bottle of amaretto liquor so there is no confusion as to which is which. We know for sure that it tastes great in fudge. 

The amaretto is used for flavoring the vanilla and the chocolate is a great partner to this fudge duo. The fudge tub can be frozen and then flipped upside down under warm water to allow the fudge to be popped out and sliced for a party platter.
