This is a vanilla-based fudge mixed with hot caramel and crispy home-roasted cashews mixed in.  The cashews are lightly salted which blends phenomally well with the caramel. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $55. 

When we get supplied with cashews we roast them to bring out their wonderful and unique taste. We mix them into the fudge and then place one on top for identification. 

But the cashew isn't just a very tasty nut or seed. It has an extensive historical background as well. It all started in pre-1500s Brazil by the Tupi people who used the cashew as a medicine. Then the Portugese explorers brought it to India where it was used the seed as a food and the deep rooted tree for controlling erosion. These days it is found throughout south-east Asia, most notably, India and in Phenomenal Fudge tubs too!
