Cappuccino Fudge Made with Real Coffee

Our cappuccino fudge is the combination of two great flavors: coffee and vanilla. Yes, we use real coffee but I promise it won’t keep you up at night. This fudge provides a noticeable coffee flavor as the coffee is mixed throughout a vanilla base. So always have a spoonful of cappuccino fudge available when you want just a little nibble at night but not a whole cup! 

The city of Vienna in Austria first made a cup of coffee in he 1500s called cappuccino, a blend of mild coffee, sugar and cream. Tasty as it was, the Italians in the 1900s went one step further and used espresso machines to make it even stronger.  

In many modern cafes the standard coppuccino has been toned down a bit to a more mild coffee with less cream. 

The name "Cappuccino' is derived from an order of friars called the Capuchin friars who wore brown robes with a long hood called a cappucio and what we might refer to today as a hoody.
