Light weight but sturdy Sneeze-Guard for Phenomenal Fudge six-pound fudge bars
Most all county health departments require stores to have a sneeze-guard installed in front of any display of open bars of fudge. Our portable Plexiglas sneeze-guard costs $200 and is similar to the one shown to the left. If you order 12 six-pound bars of fudge we will send you two FREE bars to offset the cost of the sneeze-Guard.
You choose which length you need: four, five or six feet. Limit one per customer. If you want more than one please contact your local glass store to build one to your specifications.
When fully stocked the display can comfortably hold full-sized bars or half-sized bars. The bars arrive inside a plastic Ziploc brand freezer bag with a parchment paper on the bottom of the bar. As you sell the fudge be sure to peel or tear away the paper undernear for a clean look.
At the end of business hours cover the bars with a long clear plastic sheet or two or three 33- gallon bags to help keep the fudge moist overnight.
