We jazzed up the plain vanilla fudge by adding butter pecan flavoring and meaty pecan halves. The taste is very similar to the ice cream by the same name. The advantage to ours is you don’t need a cone or a freezer.

Yes, we use real Irish Cream; Bailey’s brand. Bailey’s is a combination of Irish whiskey and dairy cream, so it makes sense that when combined with our rich and creamy vanilla fudge it is “udderly” smooth tasting and absolutely delicious.
