Home/Vanilla Base
  • My favorite summertime treat is the combination of soft-serve chocolate and vanilla ice cream. However, we make the same flavor combination and call it Black and White Fudge. That tastes great too! Both flavors are mixed together in our handy reusable tub. Our fudge won't melt like the ice cream. You also don't have to eat it all at once. Enjoy a few spoonfuls today and have some more next week. An added benefit: Our fudge is much easier to share than ice cream. This flavor looks real nice in one of our Round Gift Tins with the swirls spinning out from the center. Have you recently tried making your own ice cream? It's not that difficult and it's lots of fun...once! Black and White Fudge in a 1/2 lb resealable tub.
  • We jazzed up the plain vanilla fudge by adding butter pecan flavoring and meaty pecan halves. The taste is very similar to the ice cream by the same name. So if you like butter pecan ice cream, and we use a lot of pecans, you should also love ours. The advantage to ours is you don’t need a cone or a freezer although fudge tastes great cold too! Butter pecan flavor with pecan halves in a 1/2 lb resealable tub.
  • Cappuccino is the combination of two great flavors: coffee and vanilla. Yes, we use real coffee but I promise it won’t keep you up at night. This fudge provides a noticeable coffee flavor as the coffee is mixed throughout a vanilla base. And it's "Good to the last drop" because we do use Maxwell House brand coffee. So always have a spoonful of Cappuccino fudge available when you want just a little nibble at night but not a whole cup! Cappuccino in a 1/2 lb resealable tub.
  • Technically a praline is defined as a nut boiled in sugar until it is brown and crisp. We make our praline fudge a little differently. First we spread a layer of meaty, roasted pecans between two layers of vanilla fudge and then swirl caramel on the top. The chewy part is the middle layer while the rest is sinfully sweet vanilla. Pecans thrive in the south eastern USA where tasty praline recipes are plentiful and tested to perfection. Layers of chewy and sweetness in a 1/2 lb resealable tub.
  • This recipe for Cookies and Cream Fudge is very simple. We take crunched Oreo cookies and toss them into hot vanilla fudge. After it cools, the cookies are trapped and waiting for you. It's a great combination: the world’s most popular cookie mixed with the world’s most phenomenal fudge. While we all know the great taste of the Oreo cookie you may not have tried our plain vanilla fudge yet. It's a vanilla flavor that is perfect to blend with the Oreo cookie. No one for sure knows the origin of the word Oreo, but we know what it means today...scrumptious! Cookies And Cream Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • We make our English Toffee Fudge with Heath brand English toffee; loved around the world. While English toffee is wonderful all by itself it is simply amazing when mixed into our vanilla fudge. Most of the toffee pieces melt, but some linger for a slightly crunchy texture. And of course we sprinkle some on top just for fun! While Heath English Toffee doesn't use nuts you can make some at home with this easy recipe using almonds. English Toffee Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • Yes, we use real Irish Cream; Bailey’s brand. Bailey’s is a combination of Irish whiskey and dairy cream. When we mix it with our rich and creamy vanilla fudge the result is absolutely delicious. Imagine a Four-Tub Fudge Gift Box with Irish Cream Fudge next to Chocolate Bourbon, Vanilla Chardonnay, and Chocolate Amaretto. A unique gift for sure. Someday, try and make your own Irish Cream. It's as easy as pie! Irish Cream Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • Of course, we use real Vermont maple syrup and extracts to make our Maple Fudge. You can smell the strong, maple flavor as soon as you open the container. All you need is a spoon or a knife. A nice present would be a Two-Tub Gift Box with both the plain and the maple walnut tubs sitting side-by-side. Spring-time is maple syrup harvesting time in Vermont, usually in March when the snow is still on the ground. It's an involved process that takes 40 gallons of maple sap to make one gallon of maple syrup. Maple Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub..

  • peanut butter fudge
Here is the true taste of Peanut Butter Fudge especially since with use Jif brand smooth peanut butter. Although it sounds simple enough to make it is in fact, one of the most difficult for us to make. The temperature and humidity of our fudge kitchen have to be just right to get the peanut butter and the vanilla base to evenly mix together. If you order a Fudge Club subscription be sure to include this one as one of your selections. It's a standard, classic flavor your family and friends will appreciate. And while we're at it, we invite you to make the perfect peanut butter cookie at home with this original Jif recipe. Peanut Butter Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • peanut butter chocolate fudge

  • We use lots of crispy California walnuts in our Pistachio Walnut Fudge to give a noticeable crunch with every bite. The pistachio flavor is quite unique and blends beautifully with our vanilla fudge. Pistachios aficionados absolutely love this combination too. We're sorry, but we do not use pistachio nuts as they are too hard to crack and too costly to buy already shelled. When we make the One-Pound Gift Tin of Pistachio Walnut Fudge we spread the walnut halves all around the edge. Of course, we mix in many more walnut pieces throughout the fudge! Pistachio trees are considered fruit trees and require lots of patience and care for the first few years. Learn more about growing some in your own backyard. Pistachio Walnut Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • Our Pumpkin Fudge is authentic as we use real pumpkin with spices mixed into our vanilla fudge. But with this flavor you won't need a pie crust or whipped cream. If you want to send a Fudge Club Subscription you can instruct us to send a Pumpkin Fudge tub as your October selection. Remember, shipping costs are included in all the subscriptions. Although we associate pumpkin with the fall season we make it all year long. Growing your own pumpkins is a fun activity for the kids. However, make lots of room in your garden for this vegetable which can also be classified as a fruit. Pumpkin Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • Vanilla Fudge is an extremely versatile flavor for us. Not only does it taste fabulous but it also forms the base of about half of our fudge flavors. A tub of vanilla fudge stands out beautifully next to a dark fudge in a Two-Tub Gift Box. The vanilla orchid is quite pretty and if you live in a warm, frost-free climate you might be able to grow one. Vanilla Fudge in a 1/2 pound resealable tub.
  • Chardonnay Fudge is made with the world's most popular white wine. The wine imparts the additional tastes of apple, peach, and honey to our buttery vanilla fudge and makes for a fun, party dessert. Imagine a Four-Tub Gift Box with three other spirited flavors. Now that would be a great combination. If you live in a cool climate, with the right soil, try growing your own chardonnay grapes. Chardonnay Fudge in a 1/2 lb resealable tub.
