Time to Spice It Up

Time to Spice It Up

Spices are in season as we take down the Halloween decorations and lavish the house with Thanksgiving and Christmas decor. That’s right: the season is upon us to pull out the baking dishes, grab the cookbooks and wrap that'apron on as we dive into a season of baking.

New aromas will soon fill the air as we find ourselves making new memories and reliving old ones. With National Spicy Guacamole Day right around the corner, November 14th, submerge your nachos (and taste buds) as they dive into a bowl of Spicy Guacamole Dip. Gather with friends, and experience the flavor of this highly sought-after dip used by many Super Bowl fans.

Yes, Super Bowl may be'a long way away, but it’s never too early to start planning. Before I discuss further, it is important to note that guacamole is a mixture of'ingredients rather than just the avacado fruit itself.

How to make guacamole: Simply mash the avocado with lemon juice and then begin adding other ingredients like tomatoes, chili, cilantro and onions to give this special dish a taste of “pizzazz”. Avocados are high in vitamin C and E and are a beneficial addition to your diet as they help to absorb vitamins from other vegetables.

The avocado is quite versatile. Add avocados to salads and/or smoothies. Doing so will make your food delicious and nutritious. And for readers of my blog Phenomenal Fudge will make a special avocado fudge just for you.

To place your order call us at 802-897-7300 or email us at info@pfudge.com. This offer is good through next week, Tuesday November 19, 2019. It is not available through the web site.
