Pronounced "Pee-new-chee", "pee-neuch" or "Pah-new-chee". Your choice! It's a real traditional flavor from way back when. This is the only fudge made with brown sugar harvested from cane fields similar to the one in the photo. Brown sugar is essentially the same as white sugar but with a small percentage of molasses left behind in the manufacturing process.

Steve makes the best penuche It reminds me of the fudge my grandma used to make back in the 50's. I really hope you never stop making this flavor - I have tried others in the past and they don't hold a candle next to Steve's If you haven't ever heard of it or tried it -do yourself a favor and try it asap -I don't think you will be disappointed !!!!!
